Thank you for choosing Max-Fish. We are committed to providing transparent and reliable delivery for all our customers. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
Order Processing
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CET).
- Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Origin & Carriers
All items are shipped from Lublin, Poland. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- InPost / DPD – primarily for shipments within Poland.
- DHL / DPD / GLS – for international shipments within the EU.
Shipping Times & Costs
We ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are counted from the moment the order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
VAT and Customs
As Max-Fish operates from Poland and ships exclusively within the European Union (EU):
- VAT: All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT.
- Customs: Since we ship within the EU Single Market, there are no customs duties or additional import taxes for customers located in the EU.
