Where do we ship?

We ship across the entire European Union (EU) and to the United Kingdom (UK).

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

  • Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):For EU Countries: 3–7 business days.For the United Kingdom: 4–8 business days.

How can I track my order?

We offer two convenient tracking options:

  1. On Our Website: Go to the "Track Order" section on our site and enter your tracking number.
  2. Via Carrier Website: You can copy your tracking number and check the status directly on the respective shipping carrier's website (e.g., DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, etc.). The tracking number will be sent to you via email after dispatch.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

For orders within the EU: Additional customs duties and taxes are generally not charged as goods move within the single customs territory.

For orders to the UK (Post-Brexit): According to UK rules, all prices on our website for UK customers already include all necessary taxes and duties (e.g., UK VAT), provided the total order value does not exceed the set threshold. If any unexpected charges occur, please contact our customer support.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other popular payment methods processed securely through Shopify Payments. This is a safe and reliable method of payment.

Is it safe to use my payment card on your website?

Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through the secure and certified Shopify Payments system, which adheres to the highest data security standards (PCI DSS). We do not store any of your card details.

What currency will I pay in?

You may view prices in your local currency, but the final transaction is usually processed in EUR or GBP (depending on your region and store settings). Any currency conversion will be handled by your bank or payment system.

Handling Damages

What should I do if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

Inspection with the Courier: If possible, you must inspect the external packaging and the item itself in the presence of the courier or postal service employee.

Documentation: If damage is found, you must draw up a corresponding document (Damage Protocol) confirming the damage occurred during transit. This is critically important for filing a claim with the carrier.
