Refund and Return Policy

At Max-Fish, operated by PP Melnyk Irena, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds, compliant with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire (or a third party indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email: info.max.fish.shop@gmail.com.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants).
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
